The Surfside Beach, SC 4th of July Celebration is being held on Tuesday, July 4th 2023 at the Surfside Pier. Head out to the Surfside Beach Pier for music and entertainment. The celebration will begin at 6 p.m. Concessions and 4th of July T-shirts will be available for sale.
